The work
Construction marketing case studies.
Three businesses, three different audiences, one system: plan, approve, publish, report. Here’s what we do for each of them.
Engineering and consultancy · Essential · Since 2025
Marker Group: making specialist expertise visible
The client
Marker Group is a fire safety and engineering consultancy working with designers, contractors and building owners across Ireland and the UK.
The challenge
Their team’s knowledge is deep, technical and in demand, but it lived in reports and meetings, not in public. Clients and specifiers had little to see before they made contact.
What we do
- A quarterly content plan built around their services and the regulations their clients face
- 8 posts a month on LinkedIn and Facebook, written from conversations with their team
- Plain-language explainers on technical topics, approved by their experts before publishing
- Monthly reporting on what went out and how it performed

FireRegs: explaining software to a technical audience
Marketing for construction suppliers and technology companies →
The client
FireRegs helps designers and building professionals in Ireland work through fire safety requirements.
The challenge
A new product in a careful, regulated field. The audience needs to trust it before they try it, and they won’t trust hype.
What we do
- Product and feature content written for architects, engineers and fire consultants
- Educational content on fire safety requirements, checked for accuracy before publishing
- A consistent posting schedule, approved in one monthly calendar

Housebuild: content that keeps construction professionals coming back
The client
Housebuild is a free online platform where Irish and UK construction professionals check building regulations, use practical tools and find trusted suppliers. More than 20,000 people visit each month, mostly architects, engineers and contractors.
The challenge
Housebuild’s audience is busy, sceptical and rarely loyal to a website. They return only when the content is accurate, timely and useful, and suppliers only pay to reach them if that audience keeps showing up. Strong traffic had to be turned into a regular readership.
What we do
- Timely articles on industry news, regulation changes and rising costs, such as the IHBA summit coverage
- Plain-language explainers on regulations, compliance and the build process
- LinkedIn and Facebook posts that bring professionals back to the site
- A content calendar the Housebuild team approves in one place each month
The package behind this work
